Pricing and availability:
Pricing and availability are subject to change up to time of shipment. In the case of a price change VarsityLoftClub.com will contact the customer to inform them of any changes. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped. All prices and policies are subject to change. Customers may cancel an order at any time 72 hours prior to the order being processed for shipping. To cancel an order a customer MUST call our office 1-317-866-5739 to do so. Orders cannot be canceled via e-mail or fax. Once the item has been processed for shipping, customers must follow return procedures listed below. We strive to have the most accurate photos available of each product, but sometimes due to limited picture availability we use generic photos to represent the product. Differences will be minor from photo to actual product.

VarsityLoftClub.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout or VarsityLoftClub.com Gift Certificates. No Purchase Orders or C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
Sales Tax:

VarsityLoftClub.com orders ship free of charge to anywhere in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Our Orders are shipped via best economical means. No handling fee will be charged per order. VarsityLoftClub.com does offer expedited shipping at an additional charge but you must call 1-800-423-5638 to make the specific arrangement and pay an additional charge.

Truck Freight
Most furniture products are too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
Freight Carrier Additional Services Might Include At Additional Charges to You:
LIFT GATE - A lift-gate is a device used to raise and lower items from ground level to the level of a tractor trailer. Freight companies deliver items on a tractor trailer which is 56 inches above the ground. These trailers are designed to load and unload at a loading dock or with a fork-lift. If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or fork-lift and the item is too heavy to remove from the trailer by hand, then you may need a lift-gate.
INSIDE DELIVERY - description - Delivery inside the main entrance of the home (threshold) only. No unpacking, debris removal or installation.
Shipping Date Estimate:
Most items ship from the manufacturing facility in 7 to 10 days with arrival at your location 5 to 7 days after shipping out. Some items (e.g. upholstered products) require longer lead times. You may call 800-423-5638 for more information about shipping lead times.
Internet Security:
Security of your on-line transaction is paramount at VarsityLoftClub.com. All transactions are taken over a secure server connection by Paypal or Google Checkout. For the final checkout you will taken to a secure Paypal or Google Checkout payment submission page (please note the https: address which indicates that your transaction is being conducted by a secure server) This means that your information is not accessible to everyone else. All transactions are fully encrypted. Encryption is a process of "scrambling" a message into meaningless characters and numbers, and decrypting is the process of "unscrambling" these messages. Only people with the "Key" to the encryption are allowed to decrypt the information. Only Paypal or Google Checkout has this key. Customers on a global scale can shop privately, confidently and securely.

VarsityLoftClub.com uses user e-mail addresses and passwords for two main reasons:1) E-mail Addresses and passwords provide security for your account information. No one can view your information without the correct password and E-mail Address. Warranties and Returns:
All of our products are first quality items and carry our manufacturers full warranty. Merchandise that has been installed/assembled CANNOT be returned. Items NOT listed on our website are considered special order items and are non-returnable. For warranties and returns, customer must contact us by email and provide us with a phone number that we can use to contact you and arrange to issue a RMA number. You MUST state in your email the time(s) you will be available to receive our phone call.
Damage or Discrepancy Claims:
VarsityLoftClub.com must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of shipment, and prior to installation/assembly, of any and all damages/discrepancies to your shipment. Claims for damages outlined below WILL NOT BE VALID once the part has been installed/assembled. Inspect each part thoroughly for dents, chips, scratches, gouges, flaws, etc., and report any such damage to VarsityLoftClub.com by email within 72 hours of receipt.

Warranty Claim Returns:
Merchandise may not be returned to VarsityLoftClub.com unless purchased directly from VarsityLoftClub.com. Return requests for dents, chips, scratches, gouges, flaws, etc. will not be allowed after 72 hours of receipt of goods. All warranty claims will be forwarded to University Loft Company warranty department to handle. Upon issuance of warranty claim by manufacturer warranty will be processed for customer by VarsityLoftClub.com. Request to return products must meet the terms of the above warranty policy or have been shipped in error by VarsityLoftClub.com. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PREAUTHORIZATION FROM VarsityLoftClub.com. You must contact VarsityLoftClub.com by email (returns@varsityloftclub.com) or call 1-317-866-5739 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package and on the invoice on the inside of the box. Packages without the RMA on the outside of the package will be refused.
A RMA does not indicate warranty approval. Approval/Disapproval will be determined after our physical inspection of the returned part by VarsityLoftClub.com or the manufacturer University Loft Company. VarsityLoftClub.com does ship replacement parts prior to receipt and physical inspection of the part. Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for damages in return package shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipments will not be accepted freight collect. VarsityLoftClub.com does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). Thus VarsityLoftClub.com will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to VarsityLoftClub.com and VarsityLoftClub.com will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account. VarsityLoftClub.com DOES NOT ISSUE RETURN TAGS or CALL TAGS. For your protection packages should be shipped with a tracking number so receipt by VarsityLoftClub.com can be verified. Due to the nature of electronic and electrical parts there will be no returns or exchanges.
Non-Warranty Returns:
Merchandise may not be returned to VarsityLoftClub.com unless purchased directly from VarsityLoftClub.com. Request to return product must be arranged within 15 days of the invoice date and you are responsible for freight charges from original shipment of the order. Once an RMA number has been issued product must be received by VarsityLoftClub.com within 15 days. Sized items can only be returned for exchange for correct size. Sorry, these items are not refundable. No credits will be issued. Electrical items can not be returned. All electrical items must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. On O.E.M. parts ordered through VarsityLoftClub.com there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns or canceled orders. Installed/assembled/used parts are not returnable, except for warranty issues as stated above. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PREAUTHORIZATION FROM VarsityLoftClub.com. You must contact VarsityLoftClub.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Damages in transit:
All orders are packaged with great care. However, if order is received in damaged condition, please report this to the shipper prior to notifying us. Contact information for shipper will be on your invoice. The shipper must inspect damaged packages for claims purposes, so do not destroy or discard packaging. After information has been given to shipping company notify VarsityLoftClub.com and please have your invoice number available for reference.
